Due to the nature of our small-batch, ingredient-focused production and the absence of a warehouse or large-scale logistics operation, we do not accept returns or issue refunds under any circumstances. All sales are final.

Sample products are priced affordably and crafted with the same care and quality as our full-size offerings.

  • If you have any known or unknown allergies

  • Are unsure about a product’s scent or consistency

  • Want to test how a product fits into your routine

PLEASE NOTE:
  • Product leakage or spillage due to damaged or defective packaging

  • Broken or cracked containers upon delivery

  • Incorrect item(s) received

  • You must notify us within 12 hours of delivery

  • You must provide clear photographic evidence of the issue

  • You must include your order number in your message

To qualify for an exchange:

If your claim meets these conditions, we will promptly send a replacement of the affected item(s) at no additional cost.

  • We do not offer exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, dislike of scent or texture, skin sensitivity, or incorrect ordering.

  • We reserve the right to deny any exchange request that does not meet the criteria outlined above.

If your package is lost in transit or marked as delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. Once a package leaves our facility, it is the carrier’s responsibility to ensure safe and accurate delivery.
